Building a Better Tomorrow: King's Vision for a Prosperous Homeland

Phnom Penh: His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni of the Kingdom of Cambodia has called upon all Cambodians to unite in building a more prosperous homeland in line with the policies of the Royal Government.

The King conveyed this message during the celebration of the 70th birthday of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at the Royal Palace of Cambodia. He acknowledged the leadership of the new Prime Minister, who has initiated significant changes and continued the political path of former Prime Minister Hun Sen, resulting in the maintenance of peace, national unity, and societal harmony. These developments have garnered international recognition.

Simultaneously, the King urged all citizens to come together to contribute to the protection and development of the nation.

"I would like to call upon all Cambodians from all walks of life to unite as one under the framework of the Constitution, and to contribute to the safeguarding and advancement of our homeland in all aspects," he stated.

He believed that Cambodia would continue to experience peace and stability, underpinned by the same constitutional principles of national unity, Buddhism, and the monarchy, making it impervious to external threats, with no enemy capable of invading Cambodian territory.
